What is your ordering process?

Do you have a minimal order quantity?
Yes, our minimal order quantity is 24 pieces.
Do you have a set up fee? Digitizing fee? Mockup / Sample fee?
We only charge $50 to cover the digitizing cost, set-up fee and sample fee. If any changes are made after the sample apparel is produced another $50 fee will apply.
What is your production time?
We typically produce a sample for approval in 2 business days. Production time for most orders is 5-10 business days after approval of sample. Production time can vary depending on several factors, but here at SoCal Custom Apparel we strive to provide the highest quality product in the shortest amount of production time.
